A library of long-form recommendations, kept by the people who love them.

Slowform was built around a simple frustration. The pieces of culture that change you — the book that rearranges your thinking, the documentary that lingers for weeks, the essay you keep returning to — are increasingly hard to find on platforms tuned for engagement. The good stuff gets buried.

So we made a different kind of place. No feed competing for your attention. No ranking trying to predict what you'll click. Just curators whose taste you trust, sharing what they actually love, with a note about why.

The shelf is private by default. You decide what to share. You decide who to follow. There's no incentive to perform — most of the people here aren't trying to build an audience. They're keeping notes for themselves and sharing the parts that might help someone else.

We hope you find something here worth your time. And then we hope you close the tab and go enjoy it.
